(Jan. 18, 2004) The Day of Discovery TV program (7:30am Sundays on PAX), associated with Radio Bible Class and Our Daily Bread, has invited Dr. Mary Wilder, Dr. Ann Irish, and me to return to Pakistan for the filming of three TV programs. The programs will center on the call, cost, and rewards of missionary service. The filming is to be done on site where we served those years.

Four people with the Day of Discovery team will be going. Also another retired missionary nurse, Hannah, my sister, Joyce, and friend, Dell, will be going. We plan to stay about three weeks, including the traveling and short stay in Zurich, Switzerland, on the way over. Four days will be devoted to the filming, and the rest of the time will be spent visiting friends and sightseeing. We plan on leaving the United States on January 16. All my expenses will be paid.

Please pray for those of us participating in the programs. Pray for safety in travels, good health for all of us and for our relatives at home, and housing arrangements and hotels on the way. And remember to thank the Lord for this wonderful opportunity to see Pakistani friends and co-workers again and for the opportunity to show Joyce and Dell where I lived and worked all those years.
